These policies govern student and employee conduct, complaint resolution, and protections from sexual violence or misconduct, in compliance with the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, Regulation 415/06, and the Strengthening Post-secondary Institutions and Students Act, 2022.
1. Student Complaint and Dispute Resolution Policy
This policy ensures a fair, transparent process for addressing student concerns about any aspect of the Institution’s operations.

Outlines procedures for maintaining a safe and respectful environment, including grounds for disciplinary action, appeals, and record keeping.
3. Sexual Violence and Harassment Policy
Details Akshar Academy’s prevention, reporting, and response measures related to sexual violence and harassment, ensuring trauma-informed and confidential support for students.
4. Employee Sexual Misconduct Policy
Defines employee conduct standards, prohibited behaviors, investigation procedures, and disciplinary measures under Ontario’s Strengthening Post-Secondary Institutions and Students Act (2022).
